Can a tour be transferred?

We do not actually transfer the tour. We duplicate the tour into the new agent’s FloorPlanOnline account. The original tour stays in the FPO account of the agent that purchased it.
To duplicate the tour, we need permission in writing from the agent who paid for the tour. The agent can send us an email at orders@floorplanonline.com.
The agent who wants the tour duplicated must be registered with FPO and have a valid credit card on file.
The cost to duplicate a tour is $29.00. This is charged to the agent receiving the duplicated tour.
The duplicated tour will give the new agent access to all marketing materials including the photos uploaded by the service provider if applicable.
If the agent will not give permission to duplicate the tour, you may order a new tour for the property.
We require new materials be uploaded to the new order.
