To update credit card information using the new system (HomeDiary):
- Log in to your HomeDiary account.
- Navigate to the dropdown menu on the right-hand side and select Profile Settings
- Navigate down to Billing and you will see the page to enter/edit credit card information
To update credit card information online using the old system (FloorPlan Online):
- Log in to to your FloorPlan Online account.
- Select EDIT PROFILE located on the blue navigation bar on the top of the screen or EDIT PROFILE located on the bottom right side of the screen.
- Select EDIT BILLING INFO located on the top left side of the screen.
- Input the credit card information. Ensure that the address is the address where your credit card statement is mailed.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click NEXT.
NOTE: The most common errors are the credit card expired or the wrong billing address was entered. The billing address needs to be the address where the credit card statement is mailed.
If the update was successful, the page will tell you it was successfully updated and briefly show your card number with x’s for parts of the number. It will then refresh to the main menu.
