We use your credit card information to bill you for your tour and any Tour Upgrades that you order. Orders placed without a valid credit card on file are placed on hold. We alert our Service Providers to not schedule an appointment until we have a credit card update.
Without a valid credit card on file, we will not send our authorized Service Provider out to do your tour.
If you have a coupon from a sponsor (such as your company pays for the tours), you still need a valid credit card on file. Coupons only cover the cost of the tour. It does not cover Tour Upgrades (Vanity Domain Names, Non Showcase Realtor.com linking).
We use PayPal to process credit cards through a full secure website session. We do not store your credit card information in our database, as that is all managed by PayPal. You can use a credit or debit card or you can authorize the use of your own PayPal account.
