Can I cancel an appointment with a Service Provider?

You may cancel an appointment and / or an order at any time prior to your scheduled appointment date.

A cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply if the cancellation is within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

 

Contact the Service Provider directly via email or phone to cancel your appointment.

Contact Customer Care at orders@floorplanonline.com or (866)810-3816 option 3 to cancel your order.

An order may not be canceled once the service provider has visited the property.
