If you use your own floor plan images "as is" as a subscriber, you may find that the floor plans are getting cut off when you try to print them. In this case, do the following.
1. Make sure you crop the images as you upload them. Use the crop tool to drag a box around the plan, pretty close to the actual plan, like you see below.
2. If there are still issues printing, try changing the Orientation to landscape, which is the second option, not the default option.
As you see in the preview, selecting to landscape shows the whole plan and should print out correctly.
